Foi engraçado que muitos disseram: 80, 90 anos… então, se a sua carreira começa aos 17 e você vai jogar até aos 34, 35 e quer viver até os 80 anos, como você faz pra viver e guardar? Esse foi o ponto auge pra mim contou, e acrescentou:

– Muito emocionante porque eu já tentei ser atleta e não consegui. Então conseguir passar isso pra eles, que é uma situação que assola mais de 40 milhões de brasileiros, foi uma situação muito importante. E também gostaria de parabenizar o Vasco por criar esse projeto de Educação Financeira para atletas, até porque o dinheiro traz problema emocional. Às vezes o cara perde desempenho e performance porque está mal de grana, gastando muito, preocupado com o extracampo – explicou.

Topley was a late addition to the England squad at the recent T20 World Cup as a replacement for the injured Tymal Mills and despite not playing in the UAE, he believed that the experience of being back within the T20 setup was invaluable.”I’ve been around the squads so that made it pretty easy for me to fit back into things,” Topley said. “I’ve been around the guys and training pretty well, so it was just more of the same, taking it out into the middle and a credit to everyone for helping with such a seamless transition. The white-ball squads are pretty similar in ODIs and T20s so being around that for the last few years has definitely helped.”After the World Cup, Topley joined the Melbourne Renegades – a team and a city close to his heart – after spending two summers in Melbourne during his prolonged rehabilitation from injury. It was where he rediscovered his love for the game.Making his debut at the Big Bash was a decision also made with the intention of getting himself back within England’s first-choice squad ahead of next winter’s World Cup in Australia. Sterling may not be the only offensive reinforcement on his way, either. According to Fabrizio Romano, Crystal Palace could now make their move to sign Eddie Nketiah, who is open to a summer switch from Arsenal after his deal to join Nottingham Forest reportedly collapsed. Two strikers who outperformed their expected goals last season, Glasner could form quite the partnership between Nketiah and Mateta if Palace sign the former in a deal that could reportedly be worth up to £30m, should they match Forest's offer.
